The Black Diamond Rackmount (BDR) system is a robust high precision measurement and monitoring system. The BDR system combines 16 precisely synchronized sensor channels with advanced state-of-the-art Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technology, allowing users to perform high performance real-time monitoring, measuring, data collecting, data-mining, data processing, data graphing, data tracking, and data archiving functions.
The BDR can acquire data from all types of analog sensors, for example to record temperature, motion (acceleration), pressure (air, water), power (current, voltage). The system also includes an advanced 8th order filter to eliminate noise from signals.
The BDR system is ideal for monitoring the real-time health and integrity of critical assets such as: buildings, bridges, automation equipment, dams, pipelines, tunnels, high speed rails systems, chemical plants, wind turbines, piers, underground mines, power plants, communication towers, as well as oil and gas rigs.
