Resumes submitted to Algo-Logic or any Algo-Logic employee by recruiters or staffing agencies will become the sole property of Algo-Logic and the company will not be liable to pay any fee if a candidate is hired for a position because of an unsolicited resume sent to the company by a recruiter or a staffing agency.
